Terms of Use

What CartMath is

CartMath plans dinners and a shopping list from the sales and prices at the H-E-B or Kroger store you pick. CartMath is for H-E-B and Kroger shoppers in Texas. It is not affiliated with H-E-B or Kroger.

Prices and savings are estimates

At H-E-B stores, prices come from each week's ad and our own price checks. At Kroger stores, prices come from Kroger's official API each time you open your plan or list. Either way, they can differ from what you pay in the store. Savings shown before your check-ins are estimates. Your savings come from what you tell us you spent, compared with the usual week you gave us.

Food and allergies

We leave out dinners whose ingredient names match the allergies and foods you tell us to avoid. This is not medical advice. Always read package labels.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings.

Subscriptions

CartMath will offer a free trial and a paid subscription. Prices and trial terms will be shown before you start, and we will remind you before a trial ends.

Changes

If these terms change, we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again.
